QC/Technical Support

The quality control operations of our company are handled by our in-house QC staff. The QC staff consists of 4 mechanical engineers, 8 electric engineers and 15 production staff who are trained to perform QC inspections. All of the QC employees have more than 3 years of experience.

Procedures/testing Details
For raw materials and spare parts: inspect them strictly and strictly evaluate our parts providers' production capacity, quality control, management, etc.

For each step of production process: our experienced QC members inspect each step and each production line according to CE and GS standards.

Assembling and packing: keep the appearance smooth and clear, inspect products to ensure they are in good conditions in colored box and carton, and the packing must be the same as requirements proposed by customers.

Before delivery: QC and sales department will inspect the products at random.
